As you walk through this virtual door, take a deep breath and notice what it feels like to be you. Often people come to therapy with challenging emotions like anxiety, or anger, or challenging thoughts (looping, extreme, or scary). Sometimes people notice that their day-to-day choices seem out of line with their own values.

You didn’t choose to feel this way, but you can begin to approach life in a new way.

I believe that what you need is within you. While a wise guide can provide support, ultimately we are going to explore the story of you to find what is keeping you from enjoying the now – what might be keeping you stuck in the past or preoccupied with fear. 

You deserve to enjoy your own company - to feel safe, calm, energized, and empowered - and hopeful about the future.
